SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return /Exchange Policy:

All skin care product sales are final. For other items follow the guideline given here.

Damaged items due to improper handling or negligent care (by customer or by mailing services) may not be accepted for refund.

Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. A 20 % Restocking Fee will be charged for any returns sent to us.

Return Procedures: Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer's packaging and place it in the shipment box. Send it back to Beauty and Beyond Skin Care Center via your preferred carrier to the following address:

**Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once we receive the package, please allow up to 10 days for processing and refunds.

Please Note: We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return shipment. Beauty and Beyond Skin Care Center is unable to issue a credit or refund for any items damaged or lost on their way back to us.

Returned products are subject to inspection by our staff. All printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Damaged Shipment If your item is damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 24 hours  of receipt.

Refused Shipment If your package is returned to Beauty and Beyond Skin Care Center marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable" the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and a restocking fee of 15% will be applied. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, there will be an additional shipping fee.

Shipping Policy:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
